MLD, is a gentle body massage that helps move a fluid called lymph through the body. Using manual, light pressure helps the lymph vessels contract and move built-up fluid through the lymphatic system.
Craniosacral Therapy, is a gentle technique involving the practitioner’s hands being placed on the body to help release restrictions in the connective tissue that surround the brain and the spinal cord

About
Natalie’s journey in wellness began with yoga, an experienced yoga teacher with over 900 hours of certification. Her commitment to spiritual growth included living for eight years within a yogic community, after which began her evolution into healing modalities. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Body Therapist, Manual Lymph Drainage Certification (Vodder Technique). She continued her education in Craniosacral Therapy, is a Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer.

If you give us less than 24 hours notice and we are unable to fill your appointment slot with another session, we will need to charge you a 50% cancellation fee. We require a credit card at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
